El hábitat y el desarrollo local en Cuba

Resumen

El desarrollo local es una estrategia integradora, que incluye todos los aspectos de la vida. Se trabaja teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones político-institucional, económica y sociocultural. El desarrollo local se articula con el hábitat, entendiendo a éste como el espacio donde la persona, los grupos y las comunidades desarrollan su vida. En desarrollo local se consideran los siguientes aspectos: la cohesión y la integración social, la construcción de identidad, la salud, la educación, la vivienda, el trabajo, la tierra, los servicios, la seguridad ciudadana, la mejora de los barrios y el medio ambiente. En el presente trabajo se identificarán los obstáculos que presentan el desarrollo local y el hábitat en Cuba, donde se tendrá en cuenta los programas y proyectos relacionados con el tema.

ABSTRACT

The local development is an inclusive strategy, which includes all aspects of the life. It works by keeping in mind the political-institutional, economic and sociocultural dimensions. The local development it articulates with the habitat, by understanding to this as the space where the peoples, the groups, the groups and the communities develop your life. The local development consider the following aspects: the cohesion and the social integration, the construction of identity, the health, the education, the housing, the work, the earth, the services, and the citizen security, the improvement of the wards and the environment. At present it works identified the obstacles that presents the local development and the habitat in Cuba, in which will keep in mind the programs and related projects witch the topic.
