ABSTRACT

History has shown the existence of corruption before capitalism, in socialist regimes and in general under all forms of grouping of human classes, State or government. Locating it historically is not intended to be the objective of our work. Its permanence and current development in our societies is evidence of the wisdom of our thematic selection, directed to one of the little studied problems in the world from the academy. The study wants to make up for this limitation in part, incorporating the axiological to the definition of corruption and approaching the subject from a scientific perspective without trying to exhaust it, constituting a modest contribution to achieve a doctrinal interrelation required for reflection from the social and the social. legal.
