El Simbolismo en Largo Noviembre de Madrid de Juan Eduardo Zúñiga.
Resumen
La guerra civil española sigue siendo un tema recurrente en el imaginario colectivo, en tanto la literatura que ha ejercido un importante papel como agente de memoria. Sin embargo, durante la Transición, predominaba a toda la sociedad la desmemoria consensuada para silenciar los odios y lograr la democracia. Desde hace décadas, escritores de distintas generaciones han mostrado su gran interés por recuperar y reconstruir la memoria cultural, teniendo en cuenta las experiencias individuales durante la guerra civil. Este trabajo tiene como objeto de análisis Largo noviembre de Madrid, recopilación de relatos bélicos publicada por Juan Eduardo Zúñiga en 1980 y que dio comienzo a su creación sucesiva de La tierra será un paraíso y Capital de la gloria, que componen La trilogía de la guerra civil. Estos cuentos están ambientados por la situación social de los nacionales durante los tres años de la guerra civil española. Se aborda la representación de este suceso histórico en Largo noviembre de Madrid con el propósito del simbolismo, corriente literaria que ha expandido su influencia a muchos países europeos desde su nacimiento y ha cobrado a muchos seguidores como Zúñiga. Se centra en las técnicas narrativas aplicadas por el autor cuando representa la vida cotidiana de los madrileños.

ABSTRACT
The Spanish Civil War continues to be a recurring theme in the collective imagination, as literature has played an important role as an agent of memory. However, during the Transition, the "consensual dismemory" prevailed throughout society in order to silence hatred and achieve democracy. For decades, writers of different generations have shown great interest in recovering and reconstructing cultural memory, taking into account individual experiences during the civil war. In this work, the object of analysis is Largo noviembre de Madrid, a collection of war stories published by Juan Eduardo Zúñiga in 1980 and the beginning of his successive creations La tierra será un paraíso and Capital de la gloria, which make up La trilogía de la guerra civil. These stories are set in Madrid, besieged by the Nationalists during the three years of the Spanish Civil War. This work will deal with the representation of this historical event in Largo noviembre de Madrid for the purpose of symbolism, a literary current that has spread its influence on many European countries since its birth and has gained many followers, such as Zúñiga. It will focus on the narrative techniques applied by the author when depicting the daily life of the people of Madrid during the three abysmal years.
