La gestión de salud de ALBA-TCP: un espacio de contrahegemonía.
Resumen
El nivel regional resulta favorable para la gestión de la salud, a través de las estructuras de los esquemas de integración, la incorporación del tema en sus agendas y la institucionalidad. Mediante la revisión y análisis de fuentes en torno a las interpretaciones de la integración y la gestión de salud en América Latina y el Caribe, es objetivo valorar cómo ALBA-TCP crea un espacio de contrahegemonía. Su evolución, manifiesta en la constitución de la grannacional ALBASALUD y los programas implementados, permite afirmar que, junto al petróleo, la energía y la alimentación, la salud ha emergido como una nueva dimensión de su soberanía. La salud, por tener como fuente el desarrollo de la ciencia y la tecnología y al factor humano como su portador, posee amplias posibilidades de restitución y reproducción. ALBA-TCP se remite a sus experiencias para gestionar el Covid-19, que adquieren valor como referente para el enfrentamiento a eventos epidemiológicos o naturales. Igualmente, útil resulta en la construcción de una plataforma contrahegemónica regional que propicie la emergencia de renovadas formas de resistencia.

ABSTRACT
The regional level result favorable para management health, across the integration schema’s structures, the incorporation of the theme on its agendas and its institution. Across the sources revision and analysis around the integration and health management interpretations in Latin America and the Caribbean, is the objective to value how ALBA-TCP create a contra hegemonic land. Its evolution, manifest on ALBASALUD grannacional’s constitution and the programs implemented allow affirm that, joint the petroleum, the energy and the nourishment, the health has emerged as a new ALBA-TCP’s sovereignty dimension. The health, so it has as a source the science and the technology development and the human factor as its carrier, has larges possibility of restitution and reproduction. ALBA-TCP remit its self to its experiences to manager the Covid-19 that acquire value as referent to face the events epidemiological or natures. Equally it results useful on the construction of the regional contrahegemony plat-form that propitious the emergency of renovated resistance forms.
