Ética bioética y discapacidad

Resumen

Las personas con discapacidad no pueden ser consideradas como meros sujetos pasivos que reciben atención y servicios de las instituciones sanitarias, estas han de ser consultadas y tenidas en cuenta a la hora de planificar y administrar los recursos del sistema de salud. Esta revisión persigue el objetivo de identificar cómo se manifiesta la relación ética bioética y discapacidad en el contexto internacional y nacional. Se consultaron diferentes bases datos EMBASE/Excerpta Médica, Latindex, IBECS, MEDLINE, PudMed, ScienceDirect y SciELO. Se analizaron los descriptores: ética, bioética, discapacidad, ética y discapacidad, bioética y discapacidad. En la revisión se concluyó que la bioética en la discapacidad debe centrarse en sus aspectos teóricos y prácticos, es decir, estrategias, atención y programas de salud y la integración comunitaria, desde la participación en las políticas públicas formuladas, en la que se atienda a principios fundamentales para la vida y la protección de los derechos.

ABSTRACT

People with disability cannot be considered as mere passive fellows that receive attention and services of the sanitary institutions. These they must be consulted and kept in mind when to plan and to administer the resources of the system of health. This revision pursues the objective of identifying how it is manifested the relationship among ethics, bio ethics and disability in the international and national context. They were consulted different data bases as Medical dates EMBASE/Excerpta, Latindex, IBECS, MEDLINE, PudMed, ScienceDirect and SciELO. The describers were analyzed: ethics, bioétics, disability. The revision allowed to value and to conclude that the bio ethics in the disability should be centered in its theoretical and practical aspects, that is to say, on the strategies, attention and programs of health and the integration to the community, from the participation in the formulation of political public, in which is assisted to fundamental principles for the life and the protection of the rights.
