Biomecánica de la técnica del lanzamiento en el Staff de picheo del béisbol

Resumen

En la presente investigación se aplica un estudio biomecánico a la técnica del lanzamiento en el staff de picheo del equipo primera categoría de béisbol de Cienfuegos con el objetivo de describir posibles incorreciones técnicas durante la ejecución del movimiento que dificulten su dominio. El trabajo está concebido como un estudio de casos, responde al paradigma cualitativo, un tipo de diseño transaccional o transversal. Se emplearon métodos y técnicas científicas de investigación como la observación. Se llevó a cabo una filmación del atleta objeto de estudio, luego fueron procesados sus datos a través del software Kinovea 0.9.5 y quedó demostrado que existían insuficiencias que los entrenadores a simple vista no podían encontrar.

ABSTRACT

This research presents a biomechanical study applied to the pitching technique in the pitching staff of the first category baseball team of Cienfuegos with the aim of describing possible technical errors during the execution of the movement that hinder its mastery. The work is conceived as a case study. It is ascribed on the qualitative paradigm and uses both a transactional and a transversal design. Scientific research methods and techniques such as observation were used. A filming of the athlete under study was carried out, then the data were processed with the Kinovea 0.9.5 software revealing insufficiencies that the coaches had not been able to discover with a naked eye.
