Boletines de asociaciones de profesionales bibliotecarios en Cuba.

Resumen

Los boletines de asociaciones profesionales son una herramienta para la difusión selectiva de la información. Estos boletines de bibliotecarios en Cuba tienen auge en la década del 30 del siglo pasado tras aparecer numerosas asociaciones gremiales de este tipo. Existe en la literatura científica publicada una carencia de fuentes que sistematicen la existencia de los mismos. Se plantearon como objetivos del estudio identificar los principales boletines y caracterizar las principales publicaciones informativas de los profesionales bibliotecarios. Para la obtención de resultados se emplean métodos en los niveles teórico y empírico, fundamentalmente el análisis documental. Se identifican las publicaciones y se enuncian las principales características de los boletines.

ABSTRACT

The bulletins of professional associations are a tool for the selective diffusion of information. These bulletins of librarians in Cuba had a boom in the decade of the 30's of the last century after the appearance of numerous professional associations of this type. There is a lack of sources in the published scientific literature that systematize their existence. The objectives of the study were to identify the main bulletins and to characterize the main informative publications of library professionals. In order to obtain the results, theoretical and empirical methods were used, mainly documentary analysis. The publications are identified and the main characteristics of the bulletins are stated.
