He presents work has like purpose to analyze the commitment of the university from the university extension, with the implementation of the cultural politics in Cuba and your impact through the cultural participation, in the strengthening of meaning the culture like indispensable condition in the exercise of the step of the cultural and formative processes. For it we departed from the referent regional and other ones that have suited someone's purposes of theoretic sustenance in connection with the contributions, fortresses, weaknesses and challenges of the process of cultural university participation. The present-day debates between a continuity and rupture of the juvenile practices and the university academy, they conduct the conclusive reflections as to the observations of the mediations than favor scan, the identification of strategies, that contribute to the consumption of cultural and artistic events making good use of pleasures, the students' preferences to strengthen, to make easy and to develop new learning shapes and university knowledge.
