Abstract
ABSTRACT
Academic institutions play an integral role in providing the knowledge and research necessary to thoroughly analyze the legal parameters governing land ownership. By standing at the intersection between theoretical knowledge and practical applications, universities have the unique ability to not only critically examine existing legal regulations, but also to propose innovative solutions that promote equity and sustainability in the distribution of resources. This study dives into the analysis of these legal parameters, to recognize legal regulations and the vital role that academic institutions play in shaping an environment where land tenure is fair, transparent and aligned with sustainable development goals.
