Abstract
ABSTRACT
The article presents an analysis of the main conceptualizations and trends around the updating of the institutional communication strategy, with a view to establishing the scope of communication plans, campaigns and programs, and their interrelationships, as well as the importance of the same. for its impact on institutional management, organizational culture, identity and image. It addresses the importance of having a business strategy that allows the effectiveness of the communication processes resulting from this update of the policies and functions established in the Ministry of Industries, in terms of communication that will be established from updating the communication strategy.
