Consideraciones sobre la cultura organizacional innovadora en la Universidad de Cienfuegos
Abstract
ABSTRACT
In the face of crises in all spheres worldwide, Higher Education Institutions must provide relevant responses from university management, where conceptions related to organizational culture play a leading role in issuing responses to the challenges faced by these institutions in the world. XXI century. The objective of the research is to establish guidelines on innovative organizational culture that lead to the participation of educational actors and the social transformation of universities. It goes through various theoretical and empirical methods such as the analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive method and the analysis of documents generated during the 2017-2021 strategic cycle, as well as the development of a focus group, a survey and the triangulation of data; that allow identifying the weaknesses of the institution under study, regarding the science, technology and innovation process and its integration with the communication strategy. The main results of the research are related to the need to establish an institutional communication strategy that integrates a group of organizational factors related to motivation, commitment, leadership, among others, elements that distinguish an innovative organizational culture
