ABSTRACT

Human resources management is a fundamental aspect in any organization, as it is responsible for developing human talent to achieve the company's objectives. In the case of UEB Generation Fuel Oil Generating Groups Cienfuegos, it is crucial to improve its human resources management system to guarantee the professional development of its employees. The objective of this work is to contribute to the improvement of the human resources management system at the UEB. To do this, an exhaustive analysis of current practices in the organization is carried out, identifying areas for improvement and proposing effective solutions. The result is a function of improving internal communication, professional development, motivation and commitment of workers. In addition, improve training and training programs to ensure that personnel are updated in their knowledge and skills, as well as place emphasis on performance evaluation and recognition of human talent, in order to reward the effort and dedication of each. This will allow progress to be assessed and adjustments made as necessary to ensure that UEB has an effective and efficient human resources management system.
