The research identifies shortcomings in maintenance processes, currently outsourced through subcontracting, and proposes strategies to optimize these processes. Through the study of preventive and corrective maintenance, we seek to guarantee the continuous and efficient operation of this technological system essential for the development of justice. The results highlight the importance of adequate and sustained management for the continuous improvement of these systems. Keywords: maintenance, technical support, audio and sound system
