Abstract

Justification: It is pertinent to contribute to the current debate on artistic works made by Artificial Intelligences or with their intervention. To analyze to what extent, it is sufficient that the result is similar to human works to identify them as works of art. Object of the research: The change in the artistic field is addressed, in which art is no longer an inherent capacity of the human being and has become accessible to machines. Methodology: A bibliographic review was carried out, the most current cases of art created by artificial intelligence were taken and based on them, creativity and authorship are reflected. Results: The evolution of Artificial Intelligence leads to reconsider whether painting, sculpture, music and literature are no longer the exclusive heritage of people. It implies bioethical and philosophical connotations, the impact that the development of Artificial Intelligence has reached in the field of artistic creativity complicates the theory of art, in the sense of whether the works generated by this technology allow us to recognize that their author is human or not. Conclusions: Creativity and authorship cannot ignore the human aspect for the consummation of the artistic fact. Keywords: Creativity, Authorship, Art, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Art.
