Consolidation of links between universities and the labor market.
Abstract
The research evaluated the effectiveness of Law educational programs at the university during the period 2021-2023. The objective of the study has focused on improving educational quality, strengthening ties with the labor market, guiding student decisions and evaluating the long-term educational impact, in addition to incorporating university social responsibility. Consequently, a mixed approach has been used that combined quantitative and qualitative analysis, through surveys, interviews and documentary review. The results have highlighted general satisfaction with the training received, although areas for improvement have been identified in curricular updating and preparation for the labor market. However, it has been proposed to adjust the curriculum to align and enhance skills with market demands. In conclusion, it has been proposed to strengthen pre-professional practices and promote continuous training in specific areas of Law to improve job insertion and academic relevance.
