Dialogue Culture Website for the training of students-careers of the career of Social Sciences.
Abstract
This article focuses on the implementation of the "Culture of Dialogue" website for the training of students and staff in the Social Sciences program. The following methods were used: analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, inductive-deductive, a systems approach, and document analysis. The main results relate to the implementation of the proposal in the blended learning modality, allowing secure and reliable access to information. It offers students and staff in the Social Sciences program and the entire faculty of the Felipe Torres Trujillo University School of Sancti Spíritus the opportunity to prepare themselves in the culture of dialogue, encouraging the exchange of criteria, opinions, points of view, and assessments that allow for the conscious adoption of the values, norms, modes of action, and positive qualities needed. It also led to the conclusion that the implemented website constitutes a highly effective IT tool, contributing to the achievement of leadership that meets current demands.
