Social responsibility of the notary in notarial university teaching units.
Abstract
The study of responsibility in its inescapable connection with educational work is necessary in the context of the transformations taking place in Cuban universities. The figure of the teaching notary represents a priority in professional training in law, as they actively participate in the aforementioned process from the teaching notarial units, and this implies the need to strengthen their social responsibility. Within Cuban universities, the teaching notarial units aim to offer new training tools for law students and adapt undergraduate studies to the current reality of the country. Therefore, this research analyzes the role of the teaching notarial unit at the Carlos Rafael Rodríguez University of Cienfuegos from the perspective of university social responsibility. The results demonstrate the relevance of these structures for the development of students' work experience, as well as for the development of moral and ethical values in future jurists.
