Application of the system manufacturing execution systems applied to the Company Eduplanet
Abstract
This article presents the design and implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System adapted to the educational context of Eduplanet, a company specializing in teaching English as a second language. The main objective was to develop a technological solution that allows for the management, monitoring, and optimization of academic and administrative processes in real time, improving the operational efficiency and traceability of educational services. Using an agile methodology based on SCRUM and web development tools, the organization's key processes were modeled, and modules for planning, class tracking, resource control, student performance, and teacher evaluation were implemented. The results show a 30% improvement in class scheduling efficiency and a 25% reduction in response times to operational incidents. It is concluded that Manufacturing Execution Systems, traditionally applied in industrial environments, can be successfully adapted to the educational sector, providing a robust and flexible platform for real-time educational management control.
