Ethics and regulation of the use of Artificial Intelligence
Abstract
This article addresses the issue of ethics and regulation of the use of Artificial Intelligence in crime prevention, given its impact on public safety and the fundamental rights of citizens. The research analyzes the evolution of Artificial Intelligence and its use in crime prevention. Literature review techniques are used to explore the existing literature on the topic. The article highlights the lack of sufficient studies on the ethical and legal challenges and concerns associated with the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in crime prevention, calling for the need for further research in this field and highlighting the relevance of the risks associated with the technology.
