Abstract
Procedure for a business strategy in Basic Unit Chemical products of the Cienfuegos Center.
Contemporary society develops in an increasingly turbulent and risky environment to which organizations, companies and entities in charge of their development are not alien. Therefore, those who lead them must adapt as best and as quickly as possible to the constant changes that affect the business environment, in order to take on new challenges and consolidate in the market through the change of their strategies, processes and structures; all of which must be reflected in the improvement of their products and in the attention to their clients with a strategic projection of the business. However, this adequate strategic projection requires having a procedure that allows it to be carried out and this, precisely, is the objective of this research. To this end, we started from the bibliographic review of previous research that has addressed this topic, from the review of documents that from the political point of view also address it, as well as from other methods of the empirical level. The result has been to offer a procedure to contribute to the improvement of the strategic planning process in Astilleros Centro Cienfuegos Company, Cienfuegos, specifically through a business strategy in Basic Unit # 3 of this entity.
