ABSTRACT

The present investigation is carried out at the Henry Reeve Mixed Center, which is located in the Nuclear City, belonging to the province of Cienfuegos. The objective of the research is to design a proposal for actions to mitigate aggressiveness and antisocial behavior in adolescents of qualified workers at the educational center. The students of the 1st year of qualified worker are selected as a sample and the characterization of each student is carried out, taking into account elements of the personality in training, as well as everything related to their family and the school context. Different research methods and techniques are used, carrying out: document analysis, structured interviews with teachers and young people, which were of utmost importance to determine the problem, causes and solutions during the process of carrying out the work. The topic is of great relevance for society and for the school in particular, since it revealed a clear and objective perspective of the aggressiveness and antisocial behavior manifested by students at this level, it allowed each of the adolescents to be explored, delve into the characteristics of his personality in training, as well as everything related to his family and everything related to the school context.
