Abstract
Information management software systems have become essential tools for modern organizations, enabling the efficient collection, storage, processing, and distribution of data crucial for decision-making. This article presents the development of a software system designed to manage information for the Trazos Libres Local Development Project, a cultural initiative in Cienfuegos, Cuba, which seeks to foster creativity and community participation through art. The system, developed for a web environment, integrates advanced information management and visualization features, as well as the ability to manage project-related activities. It is specifically targeted at Trazos Libres employees, with the goal of improving the organization and access to data necessary for the effective development of sociocultural projects.
