Theoretical and methodological aspects essential for understanding labor talent
Abstract
This paper explores the importance of labor talent as a crucial strategic asset in today's business environment, where competition and innovation are paramount. Its main objective is to analyze how organizations can effectively manage talent to improve performance and sustainability. To achieve this, various methods were employed, including a bibliographic review of existing literature, a critical analysis of relevant theories, and a comparative study of practices in different organizations. Furthermore, an interdisciplinary approach was adopted, integrating concepts from psychology, human resources, and sociology. The results highlight that a well-structured talent management strategy, including professional development opportunities and an inclusive work environment, not only enhances creativity and innovation but also improves employee retention. The study identifies theoretical and methodological issues in the conceptualization, identification, and stimulation of talent, essentially suggesting that organizations must overcome these barriers to maximize their potential. It emphasizes the need to invest in human talent development as a key factor in ensuring sustainable growth and future competitiveness.
