Human Talent Management and Soft Skills Development at the International Support Foundation
Abstract
<span;>This article analyzes human talent management with an emphasis on the development of soft skills at the International Support Foundation for Health Development (INTERSALUD), a third-sector organization focused on promoting comprehensive hea<span;>lth and social well-being. The objective of the study was to assess how internal management processes contribute to strengthening socio-emotional competencies among its workers. A qualitative, descriptive approach was adopted, based on documentary analysis<span;> of the Foundation’s legal statutes, institutional tax registration, and observation of organizational dynamics, considering the ten employees as the study population. The results indicate that although the Foundation has a solid normative structure and a <span;>clear social mission, human talent management processes are carried out empirically, limiting the systematic development of soft skills. It is concluded that strengthening human talent management from a strategic perspective would enhance commitment, commu<span;>nication, and teamwork, aligning institutional objectives with the comprehensive development of personnel.
