Plan de intervención en la iniciación deportiva en el ajedrez para los escolares en Cienfuegos
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The research was carried out in ten primary school of Cienfuegos municipality. The objective of the project was to implement an intervention plan to raise the chess game in the category of 7-8 years old. A non-experimental pre-experiment study was assumed, with a descriptive cross-sectional design. Among the methods applied were the interview with directors, physical education teachers and training of chess sport, a pedagogical test to a group of 270 students, the observation of activities and the documentary review. In the diagnosis stage, once gathered the information, the low chess level was determined that the fellows study reason presented. In the implementation stage, the intervention proposal was applied in both, the classes of Physical Education as physical sport and recreational activities. In the evaluation stage, the knowledge acquired by the scholars in this sport was evaluated, allowing to evidence a remarkable improvement in their acting.
