Los derechos culturales y sus políticas ante las enfermedades trasmisibles en el contexto universitario

Resumen

El presente trabajo “Derechos culturales y sus políticas ante las enfermedades trasmisibles en el contexto universitario” pretende caracterizar las categorías, los derechos culturales, las políticas culturales y el derecho de la salud, para establecer así la relación de éstas y su influencia en el comportamiento y desarrollo de la conducta humana. A partir del análisis de documentos internacionales y nacionales los cuales permiten ver la implicación de los derechos culturales y los derechos de salud, como expresión de la diversidad cultural y su reconocimiento por los pueblos en la lucha contra el VIH/sida, así como las normas, principios y conductas a seguir por las personas que viven con esta enfermedad, las familias, la comunidad y principalmente los estudiantes y trabajadores de la Universidad de Cienfuegos; desde el enfoque educacional, cultural y preventivo, se potencien acciones con un amplio espectro creativo en sus diversas expresiones, ya que es una de las prioridades del Ministerio de Educación Superior en Cuba “formación integral de los estudiantes y la participación activa y consciente de estos en dar solución a las necesidades de la sociedad” y con las prioridades de la Agenda 2030 que dice que implica una “nueva mirada de la educación, del aprendizaje, de la enseñanza, de las políticas y acciones a realizar desde la contextualización de escenarios, comunidades y universidades.

ABSTRACT

The present work " the cultural rights and their politicians before the transmissible illnesses in the university contexto " it seeks to characterize the categories, the cultural rights, the cultural politicians and the right of the health, to establish this way the relationship of these and their influence in the behavior and development of the human behavior. Starting from the analysis of international and national documents which allow to see the implication of the cultural rights and the rights of health, as expression of the cultural diversity and their recognition for the towns in the fight against the VIH/sida, as well as the norms, principles and behaviors to continue for people that live with this illness, the families, the community and mainly the students and workers of the University of Cienfuegos; from the educational, cultural and preventive focus, be potentialized stocks with a wide creative spectrum in their diverse expressions, since it is one of the priorities of the Ministry of Superior Education in Cuba "the students' integral formation and the active participation and aware of these in giving solution to the necessities of the society" and with the priorities of the Calendar 2030 that he/she says that it implies a "new look of the education, of the learning, of the teaching, of the politicians and stocks to carry out from the contextualization of scenarios, communities and universities.
