The practice of exercises linked to the physical activity
Abstract
The physiology of the exercises is a science linked with the world of the physical activity and it is usually studied in the careers related with the sport. This science analyzes the behavior and the answer of the organism when exercising. The Human Physiology is understood as the discipline that he/she explains the operation of the human body. In a wide sense the concept of Physiology makes reference to the study of the organic functions of the alive beings and the laws that govern them. The answers of the organism to the physical activity are the changes that take place to be able to develop a physical work that you/they are translated in survival from an evolutionary perspective (escape and it hunts) and from the point of view lúdico and social, in sport yield. The physiology of the exercise has become a basic science for those people that are devoted to the world of the sport in a professional way. And it is that many times, we think that the results that they are obtained in the competitions they are alone due to the result of the trainings, but the reality is that there are many other factors that influence in the yield of a sportsman. The carried out study is of descriptive type, where the main theories related with the physiology of the exercises were conceptualized, linked to the physical activity, the statistical prosecution was carried out by means of an analysis of frequencies, through the statistical package IBM®SPSS® Statistics, version 21 and the suite ofimática Microsoft Excel Professional Bonus 2020.
