Abstract

ABSTRACT

The objective of this study was to design a home cleaning service anchored as an activity to the LAVANDAjy Local Development Project in the municipality of Cienfuegos. A description of the main actions that were included in the new service was made, using an operating organization chart and its cleaning diagram, as well as the graphing of: cleaning production, asset investment and total income. The main results were oriented towards: optimizing the time of families who work from home or in a hybrid way, the use of appropriate cleaning products, which contributed to the care of the environment. It was concluded that the activity of home cleaning service, in the state, non-state and home sectors, will generate a social impact, since it responds to the needs and demands of these sectors and its structure assumes the general organization chart of the LAVANDAjy Local Development Project, but also made up of vice president of operations, accountant and operators.
