Abstract

At the present time the administration of training of the Human Capital for a Development of the Sustainable Tourism, it is qualified as the most valuable resource with which it counts a structure, for what is considered that an effective administration constitutes the key of the success. In this sense, this investigation has as objective to analyze the bases that govern the administration of training of the Human Capital for a better offer of service of quality in the sector of the tourism. This way, this administration is focused toward the continuous learning that contributes to the Sustainable Tourist development. For the investigation it was used as methodology, bibliographical revisions, analysis of documents and interviews. In a general way, with the study we can outline that, the administration of the training for the Human resources in the Tourism is an essential element for the personnel's development and of the own installation. Plus still in the context of the tourist activity where high-level Human resources are needed, preparations a service of quality that generates a positive effect and dinamizador in the tourist administration of the territory to toast.
