Abstract

The healthy physical condition in the biggest adult, constitutes elements highly influenced by the own individual's actions and of the social context that surrounds it. It is a more dynamic and more responsible health where has great protagonism the lifestyle, in their maintenance and conservation. The lifestyle concept, is intimately related with the health and like it happens in this, equally it is a subjective term made up of different dimensions. At the present time numerous evidences exist, that the regular practice of moderate physical-sport activities, is one of the habits of life that has a more direct repercussion in the improvement and maintenance of our health. The physical condition is a concept different from that of physical activity, since it is the capacity to exercise, expert as an integrative measure of all the functions and structures that intervene in the realization of this (muscular, skeletal, cardiorrespiratoria, hematocirculatoria, psiconeurológica and endocrine-metabolic). Numerous pathologies and derived problems of a sedentary life, they are susceptible of being prevented or improved with the regular realization of physical-sport activities that you/they improve or maintain an appropriate physical condition.
